PRE- DESIGN MEETINGS:
You will meet the team responsible for building your CrestHaven Custom home. We will coordinate meetings and include any other job specific professionals when needed. Budgets will be discussed at this time as well.
ON GOING PLAN REVIEWS:
WE are a Custom Home Builder and attuned to the latest trends in the market and we will collaborate with you by adding your thoughts to incorporate your lifestyle into the plan and create a desirable space for you.
Selection categories will be as wide or as narrow as you want them to be and we can help you make informed decisions.
CONSTRUCTION:
We provide you will a copy of your Contract, Change Orders, Plans, and all the information that you will need to have while your home is under construction.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
There is a One-Year builder warranty for defects that appear after the closing of the home.
